Debt, Disease and Depression….Time to Break the Chains and Rise Above

Tragically so many people in our society are slaves to debt, disease and depression. That usually translates into being slaves for the Big Banks, Big Pharma and the Governments that answer to them. It is designed that way. Credit is easy, cheap toxic food is easy, and pharmaceutical drugs which are often toxic in the long term are easy.  When we start down the slippery path to being dependent and trapped in the system mentioned above it seems innocent, in fact it is often pleasurable.  Buy now and worry about the bill later, not even thinking if we have the ability to pay it. Consume toxic junk food now and enjoy it as it normally does not affect your health overnight. Take pharmaceutical drugs to put a band aid on the problem without addressing the root cause.  I am a victim and I am trying to recover.  I woke up a few years ago and after years of falling into the trap, recovery is not overnight.

Corporations are destroying our planet in the name of greed.  Between corporate demons like Nestle and Monsanto, the very right to life itself is becoming a commodity. Access to clean food and water are becoming a privilege only available to those have the ability to pay for it. Pharmaceutical companies are making billions and billions of dollars and continue to find ways to make more by pushing more vaccines and making people sicker off the medication they provide. Banks are tricking people into getting high interest credit cards knowing that they are setting up a trap. For instance in a day of close to 0 percent interest rates, Capital One is still charging 24 %. Big Pharma seeks enormous profits over the health and well-being of the humans it serves, and drug companies have a major influence on the way that the healthcare industry delivers its vital services. The story of Big Pharma is the exact same story of how Big Government, Big Oil, Big Agri-Chem Giants like Monsanto have come to power. The controlling shareholders of all these major industries are one and the same. Big Money belonging to the global central banking cabal own and operate all the Fortune 500 companies in addition to virtually all national governments on this earth. I personally want to break the chains and become free of this form of slavery!

By staying healthy you deny the pharmaceutical companies the profit it expects to harvest from your disease.  Now you know why they seek to destroy natural medicine and nutritional knowledge (quote by Mike Adams of  http://www.naturalnews.com). There are small steps you can begin to do right now to make a difference and start putting a dent in the stranglehold these corporations have on us.

First step is to get out of debt. I know it is easier said than done in some cases. My advice is do not use credit for any impulse purchases and if you use credit pay it off every month. If you are deep in credit card debt get it consolidated into a lower interest rate loan or get a second income to pay down your debt as soon as possible. We need to deny the corrupt bankers that are draining society. If we can deny the Corrupt Bankers a few dollars each collectively it will make a difference.

As far as health is concerned, it is time to take action now if you haven’t already. Get off the corporate processed and junk food. Major corporate food conglomerates do not care about you or your health. They care about the bottom line and seek to increase profits by filling their food with toxic chemicals and cheap ingredients. That also applies to low grade multivitamins and supplements such as Centrum that are full of synthetic toxins (http://draxe.com/centrum-vitamins/).  Start going to the local farmers markets. This serves two purposes. First you support your neighbor instead of a major corporation. Secondly, in most cases the food at the farmers market is usually better for you and not full of chemicals. If possible grow a garden. If you are in an apartment you can even grow a few herbs such as mint and oregano on a balcony. Again if we do this collectively we put a dent in the chains of the corporate bullies controlling us and making us sick.

We all should explore the health benefits of herbs and essential oils. I personally drink herbal teas such as chaga and dandelion which can have some health benefits. I am learning about and using essential oils for healing purposes. Many of the herbs and essential oils have great healing powers without the toxic side effects. Cannabis has many healing powers as well although I am not an advocate of getting high all day.  Each one of us has the responsibility for our own and our families’ health. Sadly our government, Big Agra and Big Pharma are not interested in your health. It is all business to them and you are nothing but a number or a consumer. Do you ever hear a big corporation refer to us as fellow human beings? One by one we need to rise up now and take action; even it is small steps to get our lives back and break the chain of control our governments and corporate powers have imposed on us.

Herbs and Supplements for Health and Healing. Links to interesting articles

Tragically many people in North America are suffering from disease. Whether it is a form of autoimmune disease such as Crohn's disease, multiple sclerosis, arthritis or diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer’s or cancer too many people are being robbed of living a life that they have the potential for.  Big Pharma offers a band aid solution but often not a cure. Many drugs offered by Big Pharma have toxic side effects such as liver damage. In addition many people go into debt due to themselves or family members having health issues, paying for pharmaceuticals not to mention countless over the counter health supplements.  As well, many people are not able to work and their ability to earn a decent income is compromised.  After years of suffering from an auto immune disease myself and not living up to my potential I became passionate about healing the body the natural way. That includes eating as natural as possible and staying away from processed foods laced with toxins and often GMOs. It also includes taking the right high quality supplements, along with herbs and essential oils when needed.  I am neither a medical doctor nor an expert but I am learning and am passionate about natural health.  I would like to share some great links from some trusted sites that my offer some help some with certain health issues or to avoid getting sick to begin with.

Debt, Disease and Deception

Debt is like a drug. When you take it, it seems to enhance your performance, but eventually it kills you. Debt is crushing governments, individuals and families.

We are living in a 3D society.  I don’t mean three dimensional. I mean we live in a culture were many are burdened by disease, debt and deception. They tend to interact. Deception tends to set the stage for disease and debt. Mass media and major corporate powers often use deceptive practices to lure the population into a cycle of debt and disease. Credit is easy for most to obtain and we often don’t think of the ability to pay it back later. Many of the ads on television lure people into eating fast toxic food with leads to disease and buying things on credit. Big Pharma then wants to push their expensive medicine on a sick and desperate population. Unfortunately, disease adds to debt. Also debt, with the stress that comes with it adds to disease. And we are often deceived by Big Pharma, Big Agra, Big Banks and other corporations that care about money and how to make more money, and not the wellbeing of you and I.

Most of us in North America, especially the baby boomers, have grown up with a comfortable lifestyle.  Most of us have lived through a period one of the highest standards of living in human history in the Western World.  Are we now going backwards?  Are the best of times behind us? The last few decades have seen many of us live beyond our means. We are living in a society of over indulgence including food. Many have the mentality that we can spend more money than we have, eat and drink more than we should, as well as constantly over indulging in food that is harmful to us.  Now much of the population in the United States and Canada are in debt and also many are battling disease. The party is over! However, many still want to enjoy the party and don’t want to listen to any message that ruins their party.  Many people still don’t get the fact that they are slaves to disease and debt.  I didn’t myself. Many don’t even want to go one step further and understand major corporate powers being Big Banks and Big Pharma want it that way.

The United States government debt continues to spiral out of control.  At this point it is sitting at over 19 trillion dollars, but when Barack Obama first entered the White House it was only 10.6 trillion dollars.  That means that the government has been stealing an average of more than 100 million dollars an hour from future generations.  This figure does not include pension liabilities. The biggest U.S. banks collectively have more than 247 trillion dollars of exposure to derivatives contracts.  That is an amount of money that is more than 13 times the size of the U.S. national debt.  Collectively it does not take a mathematical genius to figure out that this is a ticking time bomb that could set off financial Armageddon at any moment.

On an individual level total credit card debt in the United States is approaching a trillion dollars. Besides having access to easy credit and purchasing things we don’t need nor can afford, many people now are using credit cards just to buy groceries or pay other bills. In the past decade the cost of living has risen more than wages have increased. The middle class is shrinking. Credit card debt is financial poison, and needs to be eliminated if we want to be free.

North Americans are addicted to Big Pharma painkillers. In the United States today, approximately 4.7 million Americans are addicted to prescription pain relievers, and that represents about a 300 percent increase since 1999. Less than 5 percent of the world’s population lives in this country, and yet we buy four-fifths of these highly addictive drugs. Why is that? Disease and sickness bring pain. Add to that the tens of millions of North Americans are on anti-depressants such as Prozac or Paxil. Vaccines are being pushed at a record level, many containing toxins like mercury and aluminum. And kids are being over vaccinated.  Many naturopathic doctors are sounding the alarm that autism is linked to toxic vaccines. Chronic diseases such as auto immunize disease and cancer is on the rise all well. Big Pharma wants customers not cures. They are profit driven corporations.  I could write a book someday on how corrupt Big Pharma is, but I am not an expert on the topic. I am just awake and have seen and noticed how the system works.

We live in a disease and debt –ridden and disease- ridden society. Are we being told the truth?  There is so much deception that a lot of people are confused as what they should eat or how to treat disease. Unfortunately, many won’t take action regarding disease and debt until they hit a crisis point. They don’t even want to hear the message until they are in a situation where they begin to feel helpless. My wish is to find the truth and for you to find the truth. The truth hopefully will begin to set us free.
